As a service provider my job consists of dealing with finance budgeting, Staff leadership, Legal requirements, CQC, Local government, handling legal concerns, dealing with policies and procedures, maintaining high quality standard and feedback, contract liaising, ensuring smooth operations of business matters.

As a registered manager my duties are to manage the day to day running of the business, manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are trained to the highest standards to deliver a quality level of care and to liaise with Service users, Professionals and Significant Others.

As a Care Co-Ordinator my job consists of delivering training to care support workers, attending professional meeting, safeguarding, going out to do assessment, cover shifts when needed, ability to delegate and plan shift rotas.

As a Senior Care Support Worker my job consists of working with individuals in different ways, helping people with mental health issues, learning difficulties and varied types of disabilities. I also go out to do spot checks, and cover shifts when needed and monitor staff.

As a Care Support Worker I work with individuals in from all walks of life, helping people with mental health issues, learning difficulties and various type of disabilities.

My role is to promote services via Marketing, networking and liaising with potential organisations such as Gateway To Care, Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing and Cloverleaf Advocacy. This enables our Service Users to have information, advice and guidance from professionals that can support our Service Users with a professional insight of their social care needs.

As a Handy man my job is to change light bulbs, servicing the hoover, de-icing the fridge, washing curtains, key safe fitting, mowing the lawn, install of door access security cameras, clean the windows, remove the snow from driveways and many other chores around the house. To make a house a home with minimal discomfort.

As a aromatherapist my job consists of using essential oils to perform detoxification to promote physical and emotional wellbeing, support the Service Users in relaxation and better health.

My duties and responsibilities are to work with Service Users to help them ease the stress and tension in their lives. I perform therapeutic massage techniques to stimulate pressure points in Service Users hands and feet.

As a Counsellor my job consists of offering guidance to Service Users, Significant Others, the loved ones of Service Users, individuals, couples, families and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well – being.

My job consists of applying makeup and make hair styles according to the Service Users preference. I also manicure Service Users nails. This enables a Service User to feel good about their selves and to express their identity.

As a trainer i deliver training to all the staff on food hygiene, moving and handling, first aid, care certificate, supporting modules for QCF. In the future we shall be delivering training to other organisations externally such as Personal Assistants, other Domiciliary Care Agencies and particularly in the Social Care Sector.
